Historically with our SMS planner, we'd split messages across multiple numbers to get them out ASAP Rocky, which is perfect for time-sensitive drops or offers. But if you care more about brand consistency than speed? We've got a new option just for you.
You can now choose a specific phone number from your account to send all SMS sends from in a campaign.
There's a new dropdown in your SMS campaign setup flow under the "alphanumeric" field that lets you pick from any of the numbers associated in your account. No guessing which numbers fans will see.
It's especially handy if:
One number. Less confusion for fans.
We do not recommend this option for high-volume sends where speed is critical (e.g. 50K+ fans at once). Why? When you lock in one number, it throttles the send rate.
