Fans engaging with your campaigns are already paying attention. Until now, the only consistent way to direct that attention toward a purchase was your Thank You page CTA or a follow-up auto-email.
Now you can put your store directly in front of them as they participate in your campaign.
What's new
The Merchant Product Grid is a new section available in the footer of any Tradable Bits campaign. Connect your merch store, choose up to 12 products and they display as shoppable cards right below your campaign content - each with a Buy Now button linking straight to the product page.
It sits above your social share links, and below your main campaign content.
Why it matters
Before, commerce and engagement lived in separate moments - a fan would play your trivia, or enter your sweepstakes - and then the campaign was over. If they wanted to shop, that was a different click, a different visit, a different day.
Now, for appropriate engagements, you can ensure that the two happen in the same breath. A sports team running a memory match with a signed jersey prize can drop their new jerseys right in the footer. A label running a Pre-save can feature the limited-edition vinyl pressings right below. The campaign does the engaging, and the grid does the converting.
Things to know
- Up to 12 products per grid can be displayed, pulled from your connected merch store
- Each product card carries its own Buy Now CTA, opening on a new page so fans don't lose their place in the campaign
- Works across any campaign type
- Mobile collapses the grid into a clean, swipeable layout
Set it up in Campaign Setup > Footer Settings. Once your store is connected, pick your products to set it up.
