Google BigQuery Outgoing Integration

What's new:

We've added Google BigQuery as a native outgoing integration in Tradable Bits. Admins can now export fan data collected in Tradable Bits directly into their own BigQuery instance - without manual exports or custom work.

You'll find it under:
Integrations → Outgoing → CRM → BigQuery

What this change means:

Tradable Bits is designed to be a system of action - where teams launch campaigns, segment audiences and respond to fan behaviour in near real-time.

While many of our partners work fastest in the platform, we've heard that a good many of you run analytics and reporting in BigQuery as your centralized data warehouse. This BigQuery integration exists to support those workflows.

In other words, now you can use Tradable Bits where it adds speed and leverage, and export data where it adds clarity and scale.

How setup works (at a high level)

The BigQuery integration follows the same pattern as our other outgoing integrations:

  1. Authenticate the connection: Configure access using a Google Service Account
  2. Define what data is exported: Choose the source of fan data (all accounts, specific campaigns, specific tags)
  3. Map your fields: Align Tradable Bits fields to your BigQuery table schema using built-in field mapping

Once configured, fan records are automatically exported to your specified dataset and table.

This update unlocks:

  • The ability to analyze fan data alongside ticketing, commerce and media data in a system you already use
  • Reduced reliance on manual exports or one-off data pulls
  • All while continuing to activate fans directly in Tradable Bits
