Campaigns that support Tradable Bits Auth now have a section for logged-in fans to update their own profiles
Tradable Bits Auth is an identity management option for campaigns like Wager, the Scheduler, the Fan Loyalty Portal and configurable on most campaign types to have fans “log in” to the campaign experience. This means that fans have just one session that is continuous, and now it means that fans can directly edit their own fan profiles with more up-to-date information.
What’s new
For campaigns using Tradable Bits Auth, logged-in fans can now manage more of their own profile directly inside the campaign, from the top right.
From there, they can:
- View and update profile information
- Manage subscriber status
- Add a profile picture
- Update campaign-specific fields where applicable

Why this matters
For marketers, better fan data usually comes down to one thing: making it easier to keep information current.
The easier it is for fans to update their own details, the better your chances of working with more accurate records over time. This update helps create a smoother experience for logged-in fans, while also supporting cleaner data behind the scenes.
What’s coming for this update
While this fan profile section is currently supported for campaigns that require Tradable Bits Auth to function, it’s an update that should quietly make engagement experiences feel more joined up over time as we roll out the profile section to all campaigns where you choose to use Tradable Bits authentication.
We hope that it’s better for the fan because they get more control over their settings, that it’s better for fan data because profile upkeep is more consistent, and that it’s better for the overall fan experience because it feels less transactional.
