USD, for me?🇨🇦! … Let fans donate in a currency that makes sense.
When a fan opens a donation campaign, they make a quick call: Does this feel trustworthy?
If the currency looks wrong, it creates just enough hesitation to break the moment. Fans shouldn’t have to guess whether the number on the screen matches the card in their wallet.
So we fixed it.
Until now, every donation campaign used your account’s default currency. Which was fine when fundraising stayed local, but once campaigns started crossing borders, the setup needed more flexibility.
Now, every donation campaign has its own currency selector in the Configuration tab.
You can:
One donation campaign = one clear currency choice.
Things feel more intuitive
Imagine you’re running a teddy bear toss fundraiser throughout December - one at home, one on the road:
Two campaigns, two currencies. One Account.
Your fans donate in the context they expect, and you can cleanly report on the success of your fundraiser in each region.
Try it out!
If you’re running a donation campaign today, pop into the config tab of your next build and pick the currency that fits your audience, not just your HQ.
