When fans act, your marketing can respond automatically.

What's new

We've launched a dedicated Automations Page inside Messaging. That means you can now define simple rules: When a fan does X → do Y

Automation Triggers include:
  • Campaign entry or activity
  • Purchases
  • Scans (Front Gate or Ticketmaster)
  • Incoming SMS Keywords 🆕

 

Each trigger can fire up to three actions, such as:
  • Sending an SMS
  • Sending an email
  • Assigning loyalty points
  • Assigning a promotion (through BestRing or AtVenu)

Once an Automation is live, its logic is locked to prevent mid-flight changes that could muddy up the fan experience, but you can stop an automation by archiving it.

What automations are great for

Automations collapse the gap between fan intent and response so that teams don't have to choose between speed and control. Tradable Bits automations help you act faster on key touchpoints with fans, with very little setup.

Examples of how you could use Automations:
  • Set up an incoming 'text-to-enter' experience that immediately rewards fans, or at least confirms their entry
  • Purchase email/sms follow-ups that wait a day instead of firing instantly
  • Scan-based moments that trigger points or rewards without heavy mechanics
