Cross Campaign Leaderboards to Measure Engagement

Reward consistency, not just one-off wins 🏆

What's new

Up to this point, leaderboards were built for a single moment: one trivia game, one matchday activation, one specific promotion.

But the best types of fan relationships are built over time, spanning multiple activations. We've built a new cross-campaign leaderboard that lets you track and showcase your most engaged fans across multiple campaigns or an entire season, all in one place.

What is a Cross-Campaign Leaderboard?

A cross-campaign ranks fans based on the Fan Points they earn across multiple campaigns you choose.

This leaderboard carries engagement forward, showcasing fans who consistently show up. Think of it as a season-long scoreboard, or one that follows all sponsor campaigns for a season. You can set up one cross-campaign leaderboard per business.

What it's perfect for

Cross-Campaign Leaderboards work especially well for:

  • Season-long engagement programs
  • Multi-campaign challenges (weekly  trivia, recurring games, rotating activations)
  • Finals or Playoff Promotions
  • Sponsor activations across multiple touchpoints
  • Rewarding consistent participation, not just speed or luck

How it works

The leaderboard ranks fans using the Fan Points they earn in the campaigns you include. Here are a few important things you should know up front:

  1. Only campaigns that award Fan Points contribute

  2. Campaigns with time or accuracy-based leaderboards (i.e. Trivia, Memory Match) won't appear unless you also add Fan Points during setup
  3. Fan Points can't be added retroactively to past entries
  4. Campaigns must have Fan Points enabled before they go live
  5. You can configure one Cross-Campaign Leaderboard per Business

This keeps scoring clean, transparent and easy to explain to fans

A quick example

Let's say your team actively runs the following:

  • Weekly trivia
  • Match-day check-ins
  • Sponsor mini-games

Instead of three different leaderboards, fans see one scoreboard that reflects their total participation across all campaigns in that season - giving you the opportunity to reward consistent fans.

To set up your Cross-Campaign Leaderboard, go to Campaigns > Leaderboard and choose which campaigns you want to include.
