That was a blocker for mid-size venues. And more friction than needed for fans trying to redeem a reward (and you supplying them one). So we fixed that.
What's new with Incentivize with AtVenu?
You can now configure AtVenu campaigns to deliver promo rewards via QR code - no wristband needed.
That means:
- No more hardware dependency
- Fully fan-facing → the QR pops up right on the thank-you page
- Redeemable directly at any AtVenu POS
If you use AtVenu as your POS, this brings any promotion into the real world faster → merch tents, food trucks, wherever your fans are.
A real-world example
Let’s say you’re running a merch discount promotion for a two-day indie festival. No wristbands, just mobile tickets.
Previously, you’d have to skip this out-of-the-box AtVenu rewards campaign and stitch another solution together. Now?
- A fan can enter the campaign on-site or at home
- They hit the thank you page
- A unique QR code is generated for their reward which they save
- At the event, they can walk up to any AtVenu POS to scan and redeem their promotion.
