Attendee/Scan Data now Available in the FanCRM

See exactly who scanned into, and showed up to your event!

If you use Front Gate Tickets or Ticketmaster, you can now access your attendee scan data in the FanCRM - so you can see not only who purchased, but who showed up. 

Where to Find It:

• Attendees > Stats: View aggregate scan data by date, event or venue
• FanCRM Search > Attendees > Scans: Filter by scan date, event name, zone and more

Using this data, build hyper-targeted segments - like sending promotions to fans who scanned into your event on a specific date. Don't use Front Gate or Ticketmaster? You can upload scan data manually for similar insights.
